LICENSE AND REGISTRATION

CSI is an Indonesian‐registered firm, established in 2000 with the Indonesian

Department of Trade and Industry therefore holds a valid license to conduct

superintending activities under the latest license No.10/SIUJS/PDN.2/7/xxxx.

We are also a Superintendent Member of the Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats

Association (FOSFA).

Core of business superintending bulk shipment of Palm Oil Products, seeds,

PKE/PKS, Marine P&I Surveys and Stuffing/Un‐stuffing Surveys in the ports of

Belawan, Kuala Tanjung, Dumai, Batam, Palembang and Surabaya, Tg Priok,

Jakarta, Kalimantan and Bitung.

Our laboratory PT. PALMCOCO LABORATORIES is also accredited as an associate

analyst member of (FOSFA) London.

AQIS/IMO standard fumigation either bulk or container fumigation is conducted

by our sister company

PT. CARSURINDO ERA MANDIRI.

We are supported by a staff of 24 trained with wide experience in many

different disciplines and seven branches/operation offices in Indonesian main

ports.

Our Surveyors are fully equipped with appropriate Surveyor tools to support

their inspections.

In order to support our Surveyor inspection & findings, we have a sufficient

staffs that are able to write clear, concise, fast and accurate in English.

We realize that the most observant, best quality and conscientious surveyor is

quite useless if the report he writes does not make sense.
