We are looking for a passionate individual that loves logic puzzles, escape rooms, table top games, brain teasers. If you like to create puzzles/enigmas, we would love to hear from you! Key Enigma games (www.keyenigma.com) is a new Startup based in Terrassa committed to creating next-generation entertainment puzzles/enigmas for audiences around the world. Our mission is to create adventures delivered by mail packages in the form of interactive puzzles along with exciting narratives using a wide variety of platforms and other ways to interact with the user. Key Enigma mixes narrative, interactive means and game mechanics to immerse yourself in a story. You’ll find yourself in an immersive narrative that requires puzzle solving to advance in the narrative. We are creating a new game IP from the ground up, want to join and learn the process with us?

RESPONSIBILITIES ● Work very closely with the Storytelling team integrating the puzzles with the stories seamlessly. ● Create all kinds of puzzles and enigmas using different tools:

○ Codes and Ciphers (Arnold cipher, pigpen cipher, binary, ...) ○ Image puzzles (hiding secret messages, real world location, reverse image search, ...) ○ Audio (morse code, spectrogram, ...) ○ Email, chat bots (interact with someone to get code, ...) ○ Phone calls (receive/input a code in a phone call, ...) ○ Maps (google maps, street view puzzles, triangulation, ...) ○ Mazes. ○ Jigsaw puzzles. ○ And more...

● Adapt the puzzles depending of the story (adventures, mystery, horror, ...) ● Learn the state of the art of “room escape, book escape” like puzzles and gather ideas. ● Translate the vision of the storyworld into puzzles. ● Prepare play-testing sessions to see potential errors/difficulty issues, that prevent the user to

advance in the story.

REQUIREMENTS ● Great creativity. ● Curiosity, keen sense of observation. ● Extensive understanding of film and TV. ● Good knowledge of video games and video game culture. ● Love for Escape Rooms or puzzles is an asset.
