Quarz Subboiler ECO single and ECO dual

Trace analysis is achieving better and better detection limits. For these limits, you alsoneed better chemicals like acids and water to avoid introducing other elements whendilluting your sample. The cleaner your acids are, the more expensive they get, andthen it makes sense using a Subboiling System:

1. fast and in-time producing of ultra-clean acids for daily use. Risk ofcomtaminatig acids by several users is getting diminished.

2. Saving money, producing your own ultra pure acids out of standard acidsreturns your investemnt in a few months.

3. If you run the system with the same acid several times, the quality is gettingbetter and better. Polluted acids can be cleaned again.

Principle of subboiling:

Subboiling means vaporizing below the boiling point and condensating the steam ofthe water or acid. Two IR radiators are gently heating the �uid without boiling it. Thesteam condensates on a quartz cooling �nger and gets catched in a PFA bottle. Theacids you get are very clean. Because we don't use any metals in this unit, weguarantee that the acids are not contaminated.
