Que Supper Club is for the classy carnivore that is delighted by succulent dishes of with the eclectic fare that makes us one-‐of-‐a kind. At Que we believe that BBQ can stay true to its finger-‐licking good roots, while satisfying the sophisticated palate. Imagine infused flavors, exotic nuances, and a standout social scene taking traditional BBQ to an entirely different level. Our menu boasts entrées that are both satisfying and adventurous appealing to the well traveled diner who appreciates sociability and interaction.
We will prepare and serve worldly barbequed fare that will include: Portuguese-‐style barbecued chicken, tacos, kebobs, Que’d baby lamb lollipops with ratatouille, and mini BBQ Kobe Sliders, along with their signature dish, “Redneck Sushi,” which consists of jambalaya-‐style rice wrapped around a piece of barbecue, and sealed in bacon.
Our meats are smoked daily on the premises, giving off a natural smoky flavor, and preserving the smoke ring on the outer portions of the meats. All of Que’s dry rubs and sauces are made from scratch using over 20 different herbs and spices. Our pride and love for what we create is evidenced in the freshness of our meats all the way down to the precise plating of each dish. The Chrysler, a standout cocktail, is a classic, timeless, and unbelievably seductive champagne cocktail made with the finest honey, fresh lemon, and lime, and topped with the French nectar of love! An evening at Que Supper Club will be an experience like no other, focused on refined service in a relaxed setting that creates a one-‐of-‐a-‐kind experience and the desire to come back again and again.
Que is Opulent! Entrances on the first floor showcase artistry in motion with sleek open kitchen design that is sure to wow. The enticing aroma of the signature dishes flows throughout to draw guests in for the Supper Club experience. The design finishes include: caged bundled lighting, copper flooring, classic white clean touches mixed with the darker notes of vintage rustic iron and reclaimed wood. The captivating aroma of the grill, blend with the fragrance of fresh herbs and spices from adorning mason jars, that are filled daily and used as functional style pieces. An eclectic mix of tunes both old, new, and in between top off the ambiance for a perfect setting on every level, including the rooftop. Que is definitely cool enough for a date and relaxed enough for the friendly group dinner or night out on the town. The restaurant will transform into a nightclub every Friday and Saturday night. Sundays are designated for the Que brunch party that features champagne bottle service and live music. Roof Top Design
Architect Designer, John Janviriya, of JJV DESIGNS, in collaboration with Hospitality Consultant, Paul Jenkins, Jr., of PAUL JENKINS JR & PARTNERS has created an oasis, that kisses the senses at every view. Both grandeur and intimacy are key elements in creating the harmony of the architecture. The collaboration birthed an amalgam of design notes, with the star of the show being the rooftop view of the city’s skyline. To accent the flare of the rooftop, the design team amplifies lighting with a design interpretation of Old Hollywood glamour, incorporating vintage theatrical lights, and strings of floating incandescent bulbs. The rooftop furnishings deliberately shy away from trendy and over used lounge –style furniture, and instead, blend carefully curated pieces from renowned houses as well as lush-‐tufted banquets. An atmosphere of chic sophistication that combines hyper-‐modern and neo-‐gothic themes, invites guests to relax and unwind any time of year. Whether it’s an airy vista or a starry refuge that guests seek to indulge in day parties or nighttime adventures, THE ROOFTOP AT THE QUE is a perfectly magical escape.

We imagine that the idea of serving barbeque for breakfast might be met with a bit of skepticism, but we are confident that our thoughtful and intentional approach will win diners over with every bite. The association of barbecue with meat and sauce is a longstanding and worthy tradition, but we aspire to create depth in the way people perceive and enjoy meals at any time of the day.
Barbequing, as a technique, is quite primitive in nature, as it only requires a rack or revolving spit over or before a heat. The real magic is the glory of what appears once the grill smoke clears. There is no limit to what our chefs can grill into a masterpiece and breakfast-brunch is a perfect niche to own when it comes to serving que’d cuisine.
Once you have feasted on molasses-brined pork chops and croissant French toast stuffed with fresh peaches that have been anointed with butter or coconut oil, maple syrup and lemon juice and kissed by the grill-or- gingerbread French toast stuffed with spiced pears and cinnamon-brown sugar cream cheese that have been sealed with signature grill marks and drizzled with hot caramel sauce, breakfast can never be basic.
The caramelization that occurs when the natural sugars of fruits like cantaloupe, pineapple, and plums are placed on a grill, elevates sweet and smoky notes that will turn first-time visits into weekend-morning traditions. Breakfast barbeque can be a breakfast favorite.
