Lau Gar Kung Fu (For Adults)Lau Gar Kung Fu School at The Queens Hall has been running for nearly 20 years, senior instructorJason Crabtree has taught over 20 students to black sash level and beyond, Sifu Crabtree is veryproud of all his student's hard work and achievements. When students enrol at our classes they willbe taught the basics which will include, various hand strikes, kicking techniques, stance work, how toblock and disarm an attacker, also when you progress through the style traditional Kung Fu weaponsare taught. Students will follow a syllabus laid down by their chief instructor Master Jeremy Yau fromHong Kong as with all registered martial arts. This is paramount and fundamental in the protection ofthe student to ensure they're getting the best out of something that they are investing in with time,money and above all effort. This session is still pumped up and designed to get your blood pumping and feet tapping as Traceyholds an hour and 15 minute session of zumba fitness to get you into shape.
The classes are designed for everyone from complete beginners who need to get fit, through toregular zumba attendees.If you have any questions on the classes or are nervous in attending but would like to join. Traceywelcomes everyone and can help ease you into the class.

ThursdaysJive ClassesTeri Martin run West Wales Rock'n'Roll Club and have been teaching Rock'n'Roll Jive for over 5years - with hundreds of pleased dancers passing through their classes.
Basic Rock'n'Roll Jive is taught in a 3 week course which is delivered in a fun and informal way whichis easy to follow - even for those of you who claim to have two left feet and no rhythm!
The course of lessons is repeated every 3 weeks so there is the opportunity to revisit any thing thatthe dancer isn't clear about.All basic classes start at 7.00pm and last approximately 45 minutes. At 8.00pm there is anintermediate jive move which is designed to take the basic dance that stage further if you wish.
The only requirement for the lesson is a pulse and a sense of humour. No partner required butobviously it's better if you have one.
PricesLessons are just 2.50 per person (under 16's free) and are suitable for all ages and take place everyThursday night.
