STEP-1-> Within Quicken, click on Tools and then Account List.

STEP-2-> Click the gray Edit button to bring up the Account Details screen.

STEP-3-> Click on the Online Services tab and select Deactivate

STEP-4-> Return to the General tab and delete information in the Account Number andFinancial Institution fields.

STEP-5-> Repeat for all Navy Federal accounts within Quicken-even Hidden accounts.

STEP-1-> Within Quicken, click on Tools and then Account List.

STEP-2-> Click the gray Edit button to bring up the Account Details screen.

STEP-3-> Click on the Online Services tab and select either Set Up or Activate OneStep Update.

STEP-4-> Enter the Name of Your Bank. Type in Navy Federal Credit Union-old.

STEP-5-> Select Navy Federal Credit Union-old. Then enter the log-incredentials as prompted:• Navy Federal Credit Union- old User ID/User Name = accessnumber• Navy Federal Credit Union- old password = User ID• Navy Federal Credit Union- old requires that you enter moreinformation in order toconnect = NFOAA password

STEP-6-> Once completed, this screen should appear:

STEP-7-> Then select “Link – to existing Quicken account” and select thecorresponding account.Once all accounts are linked, select Next. Click Finish when prompted

STEP-1-> Deactivating the accounts within Quicken and then logging into NavyFederal. (Using Internet Explorer if possible)

STEP-2-> Select an account within Navy Federal and select Download History.

STEP-3-> Click on Submit and then the green arrow next to Web Connect.

STEP-4-> The following box will automatically populate within Quicken:

STEP-5-> Select which existing account to link to, and then select Import. Thetransactions will download within Quicken.
