59th Annual Southeastern Region Teen Conference
Theme: Selected by Teens during the 2014 Teen Conference:
Born with Talent, Bred with Skill, We are Jack and Jill
Teen Conference Purpose: To create a forum that enables Jack and Jill Teens to engage in leadership development activities, including educational, cultural, recreational and philanthropic programs created for and by the Teens of the Southeastern Region
TEEN CONFERENCE: OBJECTIVES
Strengthen leadership and personal development skills.
Foster teamwork and communication within
and between Chapters.
Recognize individual Teen and Chapter achievements.
Provide an opportunity to participate in
hands-on community service.
Have FUN!
TEEN CONFERENCE: ELIGIBILITY
Teen and Mother must be an active member and in good standing as defined by National and local Chapter bylaws.
Teen will be thirteen (13) years of age by June 30th
Teen will not have reached his/her twentieth (20th) birthday by June 30th
Teens of newly initiated Mothers are eligible to attend Teen Conference as long as Teen Regional Per Capita has been paid and registration deadline is met.
NON-Members are not allowed to attend unless invited by the Regional Director.*

o Chapter Check – must be received by RT Moss on or
before April 26th
Registration is not complete until full payment is received.

Father’s Registration Includes: Step Show/Talent Show; Leadership Awards Luncheon; Senior Reception; Senior Gala and Parents Jazz Lounge. (ALL Fathers attending Teen Conference are required to pay registration).
* Sr. Parent Package DOES NOT count toward the 1 in 4 bylaw conference attendance credit. (Step/Talent Show, Leadership Luncheon, Senior Gala Reception & Gala and Parents Jazz Lounge). CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED BY A MOTHER MEMBER OF A SENIOR TEEN REGISTERED FOR THE TC
TEEN CONFERENCE: REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
o ALL Teen Conference Refund requests must be received by April 26, 2015.
o Send all requests for cancellations to RS Gina Williams- Jackson at jjsers@gmail.com with a copy to RT Tracy J. Moss at jjserttracy@gmail.com
o Cancellation fee for ANY and ALL Teen Conference cancellations is $100.00 AND applies to all cancellations on or before April 26th.
o The Region reserves the right to process refunds after the conclusion of Teen Conference.

Thank you for registering for the 59th Annual Southeastern Region Teen Leadership Conference on June 24, 2015.
If you are a Mother Member, you will need to complete your 1 in 4 credit requirement. In order to receive 1 in 4 attendance credit, the member must get her name badge scanned onsite at TC by RS Gina or her designee. Attendance will be recorded by the scanner and transferred to MIS. A member will no longer need to access MIS to record her attendance at TC. Also, attendance certificates will not be issued.

#3 – LODGING
All Conference Registrants ARE REQUIRED to stay at the host hotel.
Make all hotel reservations directly with the hotel VIA THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION LINK.
Rooming List and Room Assignments- Hotel must have the rooming list from the Lead Teen Sponsor on or before May 1st.

The Chapter Check must be RECEIVED by hotel on or before May 1st – or reservation will be cancelled.
Teen Mothers must notify Lead Teen Sponsor of reservation details to ensure Teens/Chapters are placed together.
