Approval Process

The decision has been made to export the SciQuest requisition into BASIS to utilize the TARGET routing for requisition approvals.

Additionally, departments may choose to use a SciQuest departmental review before the purchase requisition is sent to BASIS.

The PR Validation to BASIS is the integration point to export the SciQuest requisition to BASIS for TARGET approval
