What do local people think about CMCs in Mozambique?
Is there any misalignment among the social
representations of the different social groups?
Being online linked with increasing social relations and opportunities for self-expression (personally and professionally).
Internet as: • a protected place where to meet friends; • a boundless frightening space where you can meet others.
Myth of a new representation of citizenship: • more endorsed by whom experienced the transition to the digital world; • new users have a more “conservative” one.
Discourses of groups are a way to explain their ways of socially being.
What are the barriers to ICTs adoption (at the level of people’s perception)?
Are there (and which are) the synergies RC/TC (at the level of people’s perception)?
Which are the contraddictions in the discourses that can lead to those barriers?
