PRODUCT SHOWCASE:pH&ORP

DUAL-INPUT pH/ORPCONTROLLERSWalchem has introduced its newWDP400 SeriesDual-Input pH/ORPcontrollers. These versatile controllers are designed for a broad rangeof industrial, commercial, andmunicipal water treatment applications. WDP controllers accept twoelectrode signals, in any combinationof pH and ORP, and are offered in aconvenient pre-wired NEMA 4X wallmount package that can be installedin minutes. The dual-input modelreduces space requirements and ismore cost effective than two singleinput models. Integrated data logging is available to validate systemperformance. A USB stick is all that'sneeded to extract data and event logsthat include electrode measurements, temperature, accumulated chemicalfeed, and relay activation times.

All controllers are compatible withWEL Series pH/ORP electrodes, which offer an extremely reliable differential measurement technique thatis immune to possible ground loopproblems. In addition, all modelsmeet UL, CSA, and CE standards forsafety and performance, providingreliable operation in harsh industrialenvironments subject to electrical orradio frequency noise interference. For more information, call (508) 4291110, e-mail info@walchem.com. orvisit www.walchem.com.

REAGENT CONTROL SYSTEMSWater Specialists Technologies'Reagent Control Systems aredesigned to monitor wastewater forcontrolling the addition of reagentsto achieve predetermined process setpoints. These systems eliminate operator guesswork when adding chemicals to waste streams, thereby preventing the under- or over-dosing ofreagents, even under fluctuating conditions. Specific application electrodes, immersed in the solutions, continuously signal their respectivecontrollers that monitor these signals
