Outlook for NovemberReal estate activity for the Redondo Beach area appears to be leveling off. Compared to September
2013 data, total homes sold for October decreased by a small amount but is partially explained by a
decrease in active listings. Aggregate median sales price and median days to sell remain relatively
consistent while sales/listing ratio and inventory turnover noted a small decline in performance.
According to MLS data, despite news from the Federal Reserve and its intention to continue QE policy
through 2013, and perhaps well into 2014, it appears this somewhat leveling off trending behavior is likely
to continue during the month of November.
