Program SummaryDuring this session, the presenter will discuss the relevant alterations in oral physiology, phases of biofilm formation, means of pathogen colonization and the mechanisms of their aspiration. He will also describe recognized oral care recommendations to be implemented for pneumonia preventative measures.
