It is important that all O-rings are replaced 100% of the time with the same specifications as OE to avoid leaking and potential engine damage.

NOZZLE

Delphi replaces all Series 50® and Series 60® nozzles with a new nozzle made to the correct OE specification material, heat-treat, and geometry. This helps maximize engine performance and druability.

SPRING SEAT

Delphi replaces all spring seats 100% of the time. This allows us to ensure proper durability and consistent NOP.

NOZZLE OPENING PRESSURE SPRING

Delphi replaces all NOP springs 100% of the time to ensure consistent NOP.

Did You Know?Remanufacturing involves the complete teardown of an injector core. At Delphi, we fully disassemble all injectors, thoroughly clean and inspect each component for wear and replace with new, as necessary. Injectors are then re-assembled, and each is functionally tested on specialized test equipment to ensure proper performance.
