REPURPOSING A COMPRESSOR BUILDINGLEAN INDUSTRIAL SERVICES

I was asked to come help the plant with their work processes. We agreed the first thing needed was a clean dry place to store electronic components. Since a new building was not an option, we had to repurpose.

Small consumables area, parts storage, and safety eye wash. Painting to be completed later, we worked up to the last minute finishing the room.

Notice the “Red Binders” being used as “Reorder Triggers” for low quantities. When items are ordered, the clip is turned over to the green side.
