1. You’ll need to be logged in
to use the Reservation Self-
Service.

2. If you’re already logged in,
simply click on the button to
go to the reservation system.
Please log in with the same
account you used to order
your Pass.
You can log in with your
social account, or with your
existing Eurail / Interrail
account.
4. We’ve used icons to help
you understand the options
in each journey.
3. If you have multiple Pass
bookings active in your
account, a pop-up will
appear and allow you to
select the relevant trip for
reservations.

5. Enter your starting location
and destination
(autocomplete will help with
spelling).
6. Select your date and time of
travel—you can set either
Departure or Arrival times.
7. By default all travelers on
the booking are selected.
You can deselect a traveler
as required.

8. Search results will be
displayed in chronological
order.
9. The icons will specify if the
route requires reservations.
10. Results display key
information, such as
number of changes,
duration and cost.
11. Click on the downwards
arrow on the left to expand
each trip and see more
details.

possible, the shopping cart
will appear with the price
per reservation
13. If there are multiple
reservation options, simply
click on the downward
arrowhead beneath the price
for the a drop down list
14. First Class Pass holders can
make reservations for any
Class. Second Class Pass
holders will only see Second
Class options

15. Not all trains require
reservations. In rare cases a
train may have reached the
reservation limit. In these
cases, “Not Available” will
appear.
16. When you add
reservations, your cart will
be updated. You’ll see it next
to the search results.

17. Please note that all Night
and Cross Border Trains
require Passport/Travel
Document ID numbers to
complete your booking.
These details will appear on
your e-reservation ticket.
18. During the review of your
order, you will get the
opportunity to review the
final costs and confirm the
information that will be
printed on the e-reservation
ticket.
19. Finally, please review and
accept the Terms &
Conditions to proceed to the
payment stage.
20. Once payment is
completed you will receive
an email with your e-tickets
and invoice.
21. To review your reservations,
go to your account (link in
the top-right corner).
You can see your Pass orders,
along with any existing
reservations on your
account.

Terminology:
Get to know your Italian Trains!
