AllTriDEKframesareresistantweldedatHogSlat,Inc.’smanufacturingplantbeforeanytrussesoradditionalfeaturesareadded.TheResistanceweldingprocessinvolveshighcurrentatlowvoltageunderpressure.TheinterfaceofthecrossrodandtheTriDEKrodsbecomesmoltenandarethenundercontrolledtime,currentandpressureweldedtogeth-er.Theresultisaverystrongconsistentweld.Theaveragestrengthofeachresistanceweldis7500+lbs.TraditionalMIGweldedfloorshaveandaveragestrengthof5500lbs.

matchwiththegalvanizedAngleSupportmountedonthewalkway.Use3/8”x2¾”ConcreteAnchors(60655)ifmountingtoconcretewalland3/8”BoltsorLagBoltsifmountingwoodstuddedwall.

4. PlacenewTriDEKflooringontopofthenewlyinstalledgalvanizedAngleSupport.5. BoltnewTriDEKflooringtogalvanizedbracketswithgalvanizedwashers(3/8”x1½”),

nuts(3/8”locknut),andbolts(3/8”x1½”).6. Repeatuntilthepeniscompletefromoneendtotheother.7. Reinstallfeeders,gates,andotherequipmentontopofthenewTriDEKflooring.
