• Professional, licensed, third-party testing– Collect samples from five places in home – Send to lab for analysis– Technician provides results, follow-up, re-testing
• Benefits to landlords– Testing, follow-up and re-testing is 100% free– Fixing problems before kids are poisoned is far less
costly than mandatory abatement
