Project scope
Design, Material selection & Procurement, Installations, Testing &commissioning, Maintenance of all types of MEP works , and interiordesigning for setting up of new restaurant.
This operates strictly under the applicable technical and safetyrequirements.
Design
The 3D design will be done accordance with the owners specificationsand requirements and will be sent to the owner and the landlord to theirapprovals. Both Interior and Exterior design has to be considered

Detailed out let plan will be drawn according to UAE law. The drawingstates the kitchen specifications , dining space, counter area MEPpoints, gas line etc and this has to be approved from owner and as
well as the concerned authorizes like DM
Warranties
we are liable to replace or do maintenance work in case of any damage
or destruction with in a period of 1one year. And later after a year it willbe owners concern

Inspection & Tests
It should carried on to all MEP works
Acceptance & PaymentsSuccessful completion of total project over a period of 90 days, Frequentvisit to the site during the fit out works to ascertain that the work isexecuted in reasonable conformity with all plans specifications
All payments to be made in AED and payable at sight on variousstages against submission of documents
