RACKMOUNT LCD & KEYBOARD ASSEMBLY, G2 SERIES

Test Start Date: 09-23-10 Test Completion Date: 10-11-10 Test Completion Record: The following tests were performed in accordance with the requirements of MIL-STD-810G per Core System Purchase Order No. A3245. Temperature: The EUT showed no visible signs of damage and passed the requirements for this test.

Altitude: The EUT showed no visible signs of damage and passed the requirements for this test.

Humidity: The EUT showed no visible signs of damage and passed the requirements for this test.

4.0 SUMMARY OF TEST RESULTS (Continued) __________________________________________________________________________ 4.2 Altitude, MIL-STD-810G, Method 500.4

The EUT was subjected to Altitude testing in accordance with the requirements of MIL-STD-810G, Method 500.4 per Core System Purchase Order No. A3245. The EUT was placed in the Altitude chamber and the chamber pressure was adjusted as listed on the Test Log in Appendix A herein. At the completion of this test the EUT showed no signs of visible damage and operated normally. The EUT passed the requirements for this test. See Test Log for more details concerning this test.

4.3 Humidity, MIL-STD-810G, Method 507.4

The EUT was subjected to Humidity testing in accordance with the requirements of MIL-STD-810G, Method 507.4 per Core System Purchase Order No. A3245. The EUT was placed in the Humidity chamber and the chamber humidity level was adjusted as listed on the Test Log in Appendix A herein. These steps were repeated for ten cycles. At the completion of this test the EUT showed no signs of visible damage and operated normally. The EUT passed the requirements for this test See Test Log for more details concerning this test.

5.0 TEST DESCRIPTION __________________________________________________________________________

The test method and description, including details of the test set-up and test figures are described in MIL-STD-810G per Core System Purchase Order No. A3245 for each of the Environmental tests. A list of the test equipment used in the performance of each of these tests, along with current calibration information is included in Appendix B. Photographs of test set-ups were taken and are included in Appendix E.

6.0 CONCLUSIONS __________________________________________________________________________

The CORE SYSTEM, RACKMOUNT LCD & KEYBOARD ASSEMBLY, G2 SERIES, ,

concluded all Environmental testing in accordance with the requirements of the purchase agreement. Upon the completion of testing, the EUT and all CORE SYSTEM support equipment was returned to representatives of CORE SYSTEM The results listed in this report relate only to the item(s) tested as listed on the Test Completion Record on sheet 4 herein.
