Same, same but different is a statement that makes sense for any company that is

based on personal drive, a personal style and which delivers its heart’s blood and

passion to the world – and it is very much a statement that fits the autumn and winter

collection from Rie Elise Larsen.

Same same is the same honest and passionate approach to form, colour and

product. Same same is the well-known hand-cut designs transformed into beautiful

printed postcards and notebooks, it's the quirky Christmas decorations made with

spirit, heart and hand, it is the super functional boxes that organize your saved stuff

aesthetically, and it's the kitchen towels that are simply not available better and more

beautiful anywhere else.

Different is a business that in a few years has gone from being Rie Elise Larsen's

personal enterprise to a partnership and a staff, an organized inventory, worldwide

distribution and a steadily growing collection.

Different is also the process that takes place naturally in Rie Elise Larsen's design

studio – what you as the customer sees as a major step is in fact a gradual motion,

a change over time. – Rie says: "A specific ‘next step’ does not exist, but there is a

large number of tiny little movements, just call it my personal development.

– It gives rise to new needs, new dreams and new desires, some of them can be

turned into products – that’s what I do, in fact I cannot help it, and I am happy to
