Currently we market launched a new line of GK "URALKRAN" in the crane facilities section – VM-type electric pulley-blocks production. VERTA electric pulley-blocks may be used as independent hoisting machines, and as parts of cranes (bridge, gantry, console turning, etc.).
Main features, such as loading capacity, travel speed, lifting speed, pulley-block own weight, are brought to optimum for the clients values. Thanks to it, we anticipate widerspread use and demand for our production in various industrial sectors, as well as logistics hubs and warehouses.
Main features: loading capacity: 0,5–125 tons (inclusive); polyspast system: 2/1; 4/1; 4/2; operating mode М3, М4, М5 (on Client's request it is possible to produce pulley-blocks of М1 and М6 operating mode group); primary lifting speed – 1.2/12 m/min; design – type "М" (the reducer of lifting is built-in in a cargo drum); lifting height: 5.5–48 m.
Possible designs: stationary variant; variant on a monorail carrier with electric travelling gear; variant with single or double travelling and lifting speed, with soft start option; radiocontrol installation; electromechanical or frequency driving gear control system; variant with the support of all of the standards of the control line source voltage. Optional equipment: Overload limiter; automatic switch (current protection); starting switch; two-speed lifting and travelling motors; frequency converters; wireless control.
