500m high altitude biodynamic vineyardsin Fyteia, at the southern end of Naoussa. Certified organic and biodynamicallycultivated with young, non-irrigated vines.

Rose de Xinomavro grapes are hand-picked, destemmed and maceration lastsfor 12 hours. Fermentation takes place instainless-steel tanks, with wild yeast andlasts for 5 to 6 months. Matures in seconduse oak barrels (500l) for four months.
