 Introduction: Cambodia is a developing country suffering so much from civil war. Many problems are currently happening that effect the country’s development.

 Land dispute between local residents with authorities in Apsara conservation area in Siem Reap Province, Cambodia

 To create a peaceful and harmonious community

  To find the root causes of the dispute

  To provide satisfactory solutions to both parties

  To create understanding about the reasons of the dispute and what can be done among residents and authorities

  We will spend a week collecting information and requests from local residents

  We will spend another 3 days talking to authorities (later stage)

My role is to be a coordinator to get this action plan done. First: Have to talk with residents and collect their concerns and requests and after that talk to the head man of the area about the concerns of the people living there. Second: Combine information and

requests Third: write a formal petition and send

it to government for the solution.
