AIMS OF THE PARTNERSHIP

• Refresh current Safe resources to include mobile elements within each of the existing lesson plans

• Recognise Safe skills and achievements via a new set of Digital Badges

• Expand the reach of Safe to family- centred learning via O2 stores

• Develop practical opportunities for families to learn about mobile safety through the Safe Together with O2 resources

PARTNERSHIP ACHIEVEMENTS TO DATE (JUNE 2015)

• New Safe Level One resources developed and distributed to schools via Makewav.es

• New Family connected lesson incorporated into Safe Resources

• Makewav.es Safe Network redesigned • Safe Badges relaunched and streamlined into user

journey • Network of Ambassador Schools grown from 7 to 20

Schools • Highly successful Safer Internet Day 2015 pilot activity

delivered through schools and 2 Flagship O2 stores • Safe-Bot web app created and launched online • First additional Support Lesson created - Geolocation 101

• Number of schools engaged: 4447

• Number of badges Awarded to Young People: 4754 (over 8100 badges started by young people)

• Piloted Family engagement: 220 „Students are engaged by the digital badges as they get recognition for the work that they are doing.‰
