It's a new law coming into Samoa which legally defines what a "Samoan" is, what a "village fono" is etc...According to this new law, most of you foreign Samoans are NOT Samoans. Every law is in Samoan and English but sometimes they clash. These translations will affect your customary rights.Please everyone, if you have the time, please read it.
