Welcome to Northrop Grumman’s Supply Chain Active

Tracking System – SCATS.

This tutorial will show you how to manage and ship consolidated

1. Enter total shipment weight of the first PO.

2. Specify whether shipment weighs over 150 pounds.

3. Enter PO number in the PO quicklist.

4. Select “Create New Consolidated Order.”

Click GO.

5. Select the line number that you would like to add to the consolidated shipment. Then specify the number of cartons(boxes/containers) that the line will be shipped in.

6. Populate the appropriate fields pertaining to the PO line item selected.

Select GO.

Click “List Open Consolidated orders” to obtain the existing SA Number in order to add to the consolidated order.

Copy or write down the SA number.

1. Enter total shipment weight.

2. Specify whether shipment weighs over 150 pounds.

3. Enter the next PO number to be added to the consolidated order.

4. Select “Add To Existing Consolidated Order” and enter the SA number you obtained from the last screen.

Click GO.

5. Select the line number that you would like to add to the consolidated shipment. Then specify the number of cartons.

6. Populate the appropriate fields pertaining to the PO line item selected.

Click GO.

1. To add additional POs to the consolidated order, repeat steps and slides 7-9.

2. When you are finished adding to the consolidated order and you wish to complete the shipment, select “View Open Consolidated Orders” on the first screen.

Click GO.

3. This screen shows the PO’s that you have added to the consolidated order. To process this shipment click the blue button.

4. Enter all fields pertaining to your shipment.

Click GO to complete your shipment and SCATS will generate your final SA number.

Shipping documentation will pop up in a new window.

Make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off.
