Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program

FLTA (Foreign Language Teaching Assistant)

Eligibility:

FLTA applicants must be teachers of English or in

training to become teachers of English and should possess a

university degree at the beginning of the program.

Fluency in English is mandatory, demonstrated by a score of n

o

less than 213 (CBT) or 550 (paper-based) on the TOEFL.

Applicants must demonstrate maturity, dependability, integrity

and professionalism.

Applicants should be between 21 and 29 years old at the time o

f application.
