Hi, my name is Kara. I am 11

years old and am in fifth grade and so far it has not been good. The mean girl, Susie does everything that she can to make sure of that.

School was starting and I ran to get all my stuff from my locker.

Two binders, a big book, a box of crayons, pencils and such, and a pencil.

Iwalked into the class and I saw Susie

sitting there smiling then she walked up to me and asked if she could help I was so surprised.

I thought you know maybe she has changed. I was

so thankful that she asked because I was holding a lot and my arms were in much pain because they were very heavy. It was a relief to hear that Susie had decided to be nice. But she did have this weird smile on my face that made me wonder.

So I handed my stuff to her and she still had that big smile on her face.

Next thing you know that smile meant she wasn't trying to be nice at all. I handed her my stuff and as I walked to my seat she stuck her foot out and tripped me then through all my stuff all over the floor.

Mr. Brunko teacher brought Susie to his desk. I

didn't know what they were saying.

Turns out he said she needed to

help me pick up and stop. I told her I don't like it and told her how I felt.

After she helped me I guess she found out I

wasn't that bad and decided to be my friend.
