o What is Go-Lab:
The Go-Lab Project makes remote and online laboratories
available for large-scale use in education.
o Main aim(s):
Offers students the opportunity to perform personalized
scientific experiments with online labs
Offers teachers the possibility to enrich their classroom
activities with demonstrations and access to lab and activities.
Access to the online Go-Lab community is also provided

The project is implemented in 3 phases including a total of 1000
schools in 15 countries. (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia,
Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, UK,
Bulgaria, Italy, Poland, Romania)
The project’s activities are integrated in a series of national and
international events (e.g., master-classes, Galileo teachers training
program, CERN summer schools)

Implementation Phase A (M16-21)
with 100 pilot schools

During this phase of implementation partners organized series
of training workshops and educational activities with teachers
In this phase and in most cases the activities involved the use
of online labs standalone, in some cases there were
implementation of existing or already developed Inquiry
Learning Spaces with minimum authoring by teachers

Implementation Phase B (M25-33)
with 500 pilot schools

• During this phase the pilot schools are using the system
more extensively and at 3 levels
use the Go-Lab repository of labs
implement existing Inquiry Learning Spaces developed
by the project teams
develop new or adapt existing Inquiry Learning Spaces
