COMMUNICATIONUsing SCLS Status wiki for most recent news
—outages, new problems, etc. Revamping known problems page to have
more details about the status of problems and development with dates. Will be able to track development.
COMMUNICATIONILS Committee now meeting monthly.The ILS Committee minutes will be reviewed
by committee members first and will be available within one week of the meeting for all ILS libraries.
Two opportunities for input from clusters:2 weeks--ILS call to agenda-cluster rep shares
and gathers input.1 week-ILS agenda sent to link—announce with
reminder to contact cluster rep.
SHARING OPPORTUNITIESModule user groups and workflow sharing
sessionsSemi-annual all ILS library user groupsWiki for workflows (Circ Services Committee)
MORE INPUT FROM LIBRARIESWill continue new development prioritization
process with input from all ILS libraries.Will try to do one a month. Will focus on getting the current problems
fixed before moving on to the next list.
DEVELOPMENT PROCESSSubmit list to librariesLibraries “vote” on top 5Top 10 vote-getters are submitted to LibLime.Bug fixes to existing software can be applied to the next
service pack (not sure yet how far apart these will be)For new development, LibLime will work with
Development Committees on the following process which may take 3 to 4 months.
