Finishing
AM meetings for individual players on the development of their game, with sports science and physiotherapy staff and technical staff and analyst to plan training sessions.
TACTICALPlayer and staff meeting the day after the previous game to discus and review the next opponents by tactical plan and DVD analysis to prepare.
The tactical plans for the next game are then incorporated in the next training session to provide maximum length of time tactically to prepare for the next game.
Sessions incorporate a mock team of the opponents for the next game with their shape. Players have the opportunity in the methodology to understand both variables of the preparation.
Tactical planning in the form of in possession and out of possession on small scale within centre circle with team, then half pitch and full pitch and developed to full scale.
Tactical and technical play developed in possession and passing controlled approach to the game which is patient and decisive when needed. Player encouraged to be confident in possession and provide options and passing channels for each other and develop short passing games and changing points of attack. Key point is the good possession of the ball.
Set pieces planned for defending and attacking and practiced daily to ensure maximum organization and success rate.
LOGISTICS Discussed in advanced to ensure the correct travel times and rest with recovery in mind.
Nutrition is planned in advance for both home and away game and the days building up to the game, and discussed with sports science staff and accommodation provider in advance.
