• Network of NCPs: 17 partners from 16 countries

Coordinator: Agenzia per la Promozione della Ricerca Europea –APRE (Italy)

• Main objective: facilitating co-operation among NCPs, sharing good practices, improving support to applicants

• Activities– capacity building of NCPs

– strengthening the participation in Horizon 2020

– supporting networking opportunities

Activities to support stakeholders

•database with the objective of increasing the visibility ofsecurity related research in Europe and optimizing thenetworking between security stakeholders

SeReMa partner search tool

• in conjunction with Info days organized by the EuropeanCommission/Research Executive Agency and Security relatedevents

Brokerage events

•direct training to researchers and applicants from bothprivate and public sector in the timeframe of the EC eventsand REA Info days, following the publication of SecureSocieties calls

Training stakeholders

• strengthening the international connections of SecureSocieties NCPs and their stakeholders, in particular from non-EU countries interested in the Security research

Activities to strengthen international cooperation

Training to stakeholders : new!

3 Direct training to researchers and applicants from both private and public sector will be held in the timeframe of the project .

Topic: trainings might concern technical and cross-cutting competences on proposal building, but also topic-specific knowledge in the Secure Societies field.
