How to access my Exchange Account withiPhone?

1. Tap "Settings"

2. Tap "Mail", "Contacts", "Calendars"

3. Tap "Add Account..."

4. Tap "Microsoft Exchange"

5. Type information accordingly.

Email: "your-exchange-accountID@um.cityu.edu.hk"

Server: "mobile.um.cityu.edu.hk"

Domain: "cityumd"

Username: "your-exchange-accountID"

Password: "your-exchange-account-password". (usually is your networkconnection password)

6. Input all fields and tap "Next".

7. Tap "Next".

8. Turn "ON" all items.

9. If "Passcode" is not set, iPhone will request user to enter a new password's lock.

10. Enter a new password with 5 or more characters. (tap ".?123" to toggle numeric andcharacter)

11. After enter password, tap "Next".

12. Re-enter the password. Tap "Next" again.

13. Tap "Keep on My iPhone".

14. Tap it again to confirm.

Select number of days to synchronize mail15. Tap "...@um.cityu.edu.hk" account.

16. Set "Mail Days to Sync".

17. "1 Week" is chosen. (You may set days shorter or longer than "1 week")
