OUR AIM
To inspire students to apply their skills for the welfare of the marginalized section of the society and to create appropriate social changes.
When We StartedSEVAARTH is the initiation of a group of students, born during the summer internship in Delhi in 2009.
12th September, 2009, SEVAARTH was inaugurated by Prof. D.P.Singh, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of BHU.
There was a huge gap between India and Bharat, so it is a initiation to bridge that gap through the student’s skills and professional’s expertise.
Our Focus AreaSocial Sensitization & Advocacy
Assisting Social Enterprises to help them serve better
Creating awareness regarding social & environmental issues
Arranging medical check up camps, blood donation camps, blanket distribution camps & eye donation awareness camps.
Annual Rural Development Fair (NAYA SAVERA-Gramoday ke aur).
Facilitating to form SHGs.
Creating awareness for in-campus cleanliness
Organizing Ganga-Ghats cleanliness campaign in Varanasi

Our Achievements• Center for Social Enterprises Development is going to
open in BHU campus.
• GOONJ collection Center are going to open in BHU.
• Education Center for the mess workers.
• Some SHGs and Women Empowerment Center has been formed in Sarai Mohana Village.
• Collaborations with many Social Enterprises.
• Rural Development Fair is going to be organize in the rural area with the name of Naya Savera ( Gramodya Ke Aur).

industry mentors• More & more outing to interact with the society• Cross functional Teams for research to improve
innovation design• Live case studies preparation and discussions• Final Evaluation based on a Social Business Plan

Education Center for the Mess workers
• Mausi Ka Ghar is our education center.• There are 64 hostels in BHU where 150 uneducated
workers are working.• Daily basis education at 3:30 PM to 4:45 PM• 5 basic groups: 1. Zero level 2. Primary Initial 3. Primary Main 4. Above Primary 5. Mix • Volunteer’s groups for dropping them to the centers• Teams for education
Rural Development Fair• Name will be Naya Savera ( Gramodya Ke
Aur).• There are many government projects are
running into villages but villagers are not aware about them.
• Awareness regarding govt. projects as DRDA etc.
• Agricultural Innovation• Health & Nutrition• Education
