Drupal isn't anymore difficult than WordPress. Designers perceive this is the case though. Why?

DESIGNERS- build amazing themes and publish them- explore jQuery capabilities in the UI- share your experiences with theming

DEVELOPERS- explore ways of inviting designers into your module- ask designers what they wish for
