Whether you are wrapping large products, or multi-packs combiningseveral products as one, EASTEY ENTERPRISES Sleeve wrappers are theright choice to do the job. By using 2” x 4” x 1/4” steel tube for the mainframe and 12 & 14 gauge steel, these ruggedly built machines will last foryears. The single wound film is delivered by two (top and bottom) powered film unwind systems and the film is sealed by adependable hot knife. After passing through the shrink tunnel a securepackage with an open end circle of film is produced. Sleeve Wrapperseal areas of 35”, 50” & 70” are available.

OPERATION SEQUENCEMANUAL
INLINEAn operator pushes the product into the film and into the sealarea. A dead plate is mounted in the seal area to help stabilizethe product as it is being sealed. Two buttons are pushed. Theseal head comes down and a seal is made. As the next prod-uct is pushed into the seal area, the previous product is pushedoff the dead plate on to a powered discharge conveyor, whichadvances the product to the shrink tunnel.
SEMI AUTOMATICRIGHT OR LEFT ANGLE
An operator places the product in front of a “Pusher Arm”, in theinfeed area. Two buttons are pushed, the pusher arm pushesthe product into the seal area and the operator is free to placethe next product in the infeed area. The seal head does notactivate until the pusher arm has cleared the seal area on itsreturn stroke. A dead plate is mounted in the seal area to helpstabilize the product as it is being sealed. The product is pushedoff the dead plate on to a powered discharge conveyor, whichadvances the product to the shrink tunnel.
AUTOMATICINLINE
Products are delivered on a customer supplied powered infeed conveyor. They should be spaced apart so the electric eye cansee between the product. An electric eye sees the product asit is entering the seal area, when the product has cleared theeye and is in the seal area completely, both the infeed and dis-charge conveyor stop. The seal head comes down, and theseal is made. After the seal is made the powered dischargeconveyor advances the product to the shrink tunnel.
AUTOMATICRIGHT OR LEFT ANGLE
Products are delivered on a customer supplied powered infeedconveyor. The infeed conveyor can be right or left mounted.Products should be “choke fed” so once the pusher is activatedit can easily strip the product from the conveyor and advanceit through the film, on to the dead plate over the outfeed con-
veyor. The pusher retracts, the seal head comes down andthe seal is made.When the seal head rises the pusher canadvance the next product through the film, pushing theprevious product off the dead plate onto a powered dis-charge conveyor, which advances the product to theshrink tunnel. Custom product guides may be required forsome products.
