Sibiam Committee Changes in 2012

President – Yang Mee Yang stepped down Temporarily due to health matters and Dr Kriban G N took over as Acting President for 3 Months

Bendahari/ Treasurer- Position taken over by Francis Arulanandan

Timbalan Bendahari/ Asst Treasurer – Vacant

Sibiam Committee Meetings 2012

Committee Meetings were held as far as possible Monthly

There were several highlight for the year including the lap top donation, education assistance and the Christmas Cheer Event in December 2012 which was attended by 80 Persons

Several Pipe line Projects were considered as follows

Pipeline projects

SIBIAM One Stop Center – Several Meetings with Investors, promising prospect for getting this off the ground in 2013

Website Development - Project Started in 2012 and new website launched in 2013

Research on the incidence of SB – Project Started in 2012 funds required to Proceed

Income Tax Exemption application (exemption for donors) – Requirements considered but application only in 2013
