Small children drown silently within a short period of time.
Dangerous places are all open surfaces of water such as pools,
lakes, wetland biotopes, but also paddling pools and bath tubs, etc.
These core statements bring about:
the message to parents and other supervisors to never leave small
children unattended near water.
