SelectBrowseandselecttheCalendarfilefromthetakeoutfolderwejustexportedfromgoogle.Then,selectImport.

HowtoimportyourgoogledriveintoOneDriveintoOutlook.Logintoyouroutlookaccountonthewebthatyouwouldliketoimportyourgoogledriveto.OpentheOffice365applicationsinthetopleftcorner.SelectOneDrive.

Makesure“files”isselectedontheleftcolumnandselectUploadfromthetopmenubar.Thenselectfilesandbrowseyourcomputerforthe“Drive”folderlocatedinthe“Takeout”folderwerecentlyexportedfromgoogle.Onceyouselectupload,youwillnoticeallofyourfilesthatwereinyourgoogledrivewillpopulateintoyourOneDrive.

Next,wearegoingtoexportyourgmailaccountinformationwithinoutlook.Todothis,selectthe“file”optioninthetopmenubar.Then,select“Export.”

Oncethefilehasbeenexported,select“finish.”

Nowthatwehaveexporteda.olmfile,weneedtodeletethecurrentgoogleaccountthatisconnectedtoyouroutlooksowecanre-uploadit.WewanttodothissoeverythingcanbeonyouroutlookinsteadofconnectedtoGoogle.Therefore,wearenowgoingtogobacktotheOutlookpreferences>accountsinthetopbarmenu.Selectthegoogleaccountyouaddedanddeleteitfromyouroutlook.Youcanthencloseoutoftheaccountswindow.

Now,wewillimportthefilesyoujustdeletedfromoutlookbackontoyouraccount.Thiswayyouwillforeverhaveyourgoogleaccountemails,evenifyourgoogleaccountgetsdeleted.Inordertocompletethisstep,returntothetopmenubar>file>Import

YouwillthenselectOutlookforMacarchivefile(.olm)

Searchforthedocumentwejustexported,selectit,thenpress“import.”

Onceyourdatahasbeenimported,selectfinish.

Now,allofyourdataisonyouroutlook!Inordertoviewyourfiles,select“onmycomputer”intheleftcolumnonyourscreen.Thenopenthefilewejustimported.Youshouldseebothaccountsthatweexported,however,sinceyouroffice365accountisalreadyconnectedtoyouroutlook,wedonotneedtokeepthesefiles.Therefore,youcanrightclickonyouroffice365accountunder“Onmycomputer”anddeleteit.Youcanthenviewallofyouremailsonyourgoogleaccountundertheotherdropdown.Itmaytakeafewmomentsforemailstobeginpopulatingdependingonhowmanyfilesyouimportedover.Anotherawesomehacktomakethingsmoresimpleisifyouopenyourgoogleaccountthatisnowonyouroutlookinaseparatewindow,youcandragyourfoldersovertoyourOutlookaccountandBAM!YouhaveallyourinformationinonelocationjustasyouwouldifyouhadcompletedIMAPmigration.
