S.I.T INTRODUCTION

Uniqlo requested a team to ensure 100% garments to be in a good quality before shipment. This team has to replicate the same result achieved by the third party inspection company – Kuwahara.
That is why S.I.T is created. It is designed to inspect garments, specialized in Uniqlo. Our mission is to find out all defects affecting the value of the garments, ensuring that only qualified garments are passed to the next production process.

Started in January 8th 2015, SIT was just a small team with only 1 line of 30 people

From March 2015, we started training the 2nd line.
Then we continue expanding the manpower, going up to 340 people – 10 lines nowadays.

1• Trim and check directly after washing, ensure
100% Uniqlo garments with good quality in the shipment
2• Ensure the shipment schedule is followed and
all orders are shipped on time
3• Give factory feedback and improve the quality
of the factory
