CMI LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT TRAINING

• These courses are subsidised by the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) as part of the government's investment in management and leadership - in all sectors.

• The courses would normally cost around £4000.00 per person, but are provided at no cost to the individual or employer. – DID YOU READ THAT?

• Groups of 12 or more staff can be trained on-site.

• Travel time is reduced and staff will be in familiar surroundings for the training.

CMI LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT TRAINING

If your organisation wants to bring in other similar Groups to share in the training, this can be managed, providing gains for employees as they build relationships with other providers.

CMI LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT TRAINING

• Companies can (and should) sign up as many staff as possible

• There are no limits to the number of people undergoing the training.

• Put all of your first line supervisors on Level 2,

• Your team leaders/middle managers on Level 3

• And finally the senior managers on Level 5.

CMI LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT TRAINING

• The training starts in September 2017 - so there is plenty of time to work with the trainers to ensure real life projects are selected that will bring benefits to the employer, as well as meaningful development for staff.

• Once the names have been submitted the course trainers will expect those individuals chosen to attend an enrolment session where all questions can be answered related to the programme, including contents and timescales of the programme.

• All that is needed at this stage is the company name / contact , the names of all the staff nominated and the specific course they have selected.

The deadline is:

Friday 10 March 2017.

The introduction of the apprenticeship levy and other changes to the SFA mean that this is the final round of enrollments that will secure fundingfrom central government.
