• Are you producing effective content for your website and social media feeds?

•Similar to your website; offers business info and contact information

•Allows customer interactions in the form of reviews and feedback

•Great place to share longer form content and promote other businesses

•Faster moving and more spontaneous; great for “limited time” announcements or short blasts of news

•Encourages “discussion”

•Good place for visual marketing pieces

Why use…

•Great place for visual marketing; photos and videos

•Be careful about quality of media shared

Instagram

Get some help by using…

•Connect services together

•Save and share Instagram photos across social media

•Save the tweets you like on Twitter to a Google Spreadsheet

•Duplicate Twitter posts on your Facebook page

A couple of tips…

• Know your audience/customers.

• Know your commitment level; don’t leave an account inactive or let it languish.

• Make sure that all of your information on your business is consistent across all platforms.

• If you are sharing media, what is the quality of that media?

• Respond to interactions (within reason).

• Get your logo sizes right!
