Values are principles that are used to determine our behaviour.
All Social Enterprises should have a value statement that underpins
and guides their practice
Everybody involved with the Social Enterprise needs to be committedto the expressed values.
Commitment to values may be shown through:-
- the behaviour of people (employees, customers, members, directors,
stakeholders)
- the culture of the Social Enterprise
- written policies and procedures
- governance documents
