• Heading the sa.gov.au development team is Jan McConchie, winner of the 2010 national Leading Female ICT Professional award. (Australian Government and Dell Women in IT Executive Mentoring (WITEM) program)

• April 2010: recognised by international standards body OASIS (Organisation for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards) as an example of best practice in transformational government. The model is on the path to being used as the basis for an international best practice standard for government transformation.
