 SOUTH SALT LAKE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  

Public notice is hereby given that the South Salt Lake City Council will hold a public hearing in the 

Council Chambers located in City Hall at 220 East Morris Avenue on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at  

7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on the 

following items: 

A consideration by the South Salt Lake City Council to vacate two dedicated areas of public rights‐ 

of‐way at approximately 3600 South and 900 West. The vacations will allow for the future 

realignment of 900 West from approximately 3600 South to Carlisle Park Lane. A map of the 

vacation and a proposed subdivision plat showing a new alignment for 900 West are included in 

this notice.  

Notice is further given that the public is invited to attend and present oral and/or written testimony 

regarding this petition to the City Council. In compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act, 

individuals needing auxiliary communicative aids or other services for this meeting should contact 

Kayla Moss at 483‐6028, giving at least 24 hours notice.
