A lot of gay men seem to like you... How do you feel about being a gay icon: I don’t know about the ‘gay icon’ deal, but for me, it is just appreciation that counts. Any kind of appreciation from anyone – children, old people, a guy, a girl, a gay person – it just matters that they’re being appreciative and I am grateful for that.

If you had to ask a very pretty actor on a date, what would you say? I am one of those people who don’t believe in pick-up lines. I think a smile is all that it takes.
