Concord Ridge is located on 39 beautiful acres neighbored by some of Michigans finest vineyards. Surrounding the barn are 9 paddocks which are 2 to 3 acres in size, a mile long maincured trail around the perimeter of the property, and 2 large outdoor arenas with a specially engineered drainage system. The lower level of the barn includes a logo apparel store, a 130' x 212' multipurpose indoor arena, downstairs lounge, 44 top-of-the-line European style stalls, half of them with attached turnouts, 2 heated indoor wash racks, 3 large grooming stalls, 2 large tack rooms including 76 tack lockers and a boarder washer /dryer. A unique component to Concord Ridge is the use of GGT Footing material in our indoor arena. GGT Footing is mixed with textiles and fibers which creates a more stable riding environment by reducing impact on limbs, providing greater traction and allowing sand depth to remain at a minimum. Sit in comfort in our large upstairs lounge which includes a full kitchen, Wi-Fi internet, and a large classroom.
