STRAM PROCESS
1 Introduction + Questionnaire
2 Pre-Survey Training Phase 1
3 Pre-Survey
4 Field Survey Training Phase 2
5 Field Survey
6 Post-Survey
• Present STRAM, gauge readiness and willingness • Become familiar with existing critical data
• Verify existing data • Prepare plan for digitizing records and next steps
• LA collect identified data set into spreadsheet • Verify spreadsheet / upload to web dashboard
• Two-Day Training on entering data into dashboard, reports and field survey techniques
• LA conduct field survey to check/update/add data • Troubleshooting with TAF team
• Discuss survey results, reports and prioritization • Determine next set of data to be collected
§ Currently focusing on education + data collection
§ Commenced activities at Chilaw UC: 1. Nov: STRAM kick-off
meeting 2. Dec: Preliminary
training workshop 3. May: Training Phase
1 § Updating dashboard and
mobile app § Require completion of
this to move forward with Chilaw in 3 weeks to Training Phase 2
§ Proceed to other test sites
