How I Move Standing instead of sitting-Video

Standing burns 100-200 calories per hour compared to 60-130 calories when sitting.

#1 EASY

Set a timer and get up and move every 30 minutes.

#2 Challenging

Stand up and do a quick circuit every hour.5 squats5 sit ups5 press ups

#3 Difficult

Set up a standing desk to complete your work. (start off with 10 minutes and slowly increase your standing time)
