July2016

European Manufacturing Industry NEEDS a new EUREKA Cluster on

Advanced Manufacturing, since there is no other instrument around

that meets the demand for market pull, industry-driven, nationally

funded, internationally executed, innovation projects (with high TRL).

The proposed Advanced Manufacturing EUREKA Cluster will attend this need providing an additional industry-driven instrument to support innovation projects:

• In international cooperation to accelerate innovation• Cooperating large and small companies in mutual benefit.• Facilitating the deployment of existing technologies• In higher Technology Readiness Levels (6-8)• In rather short time projects: 2-3 years
